• OZEV / DVLA — for EV charger grant applications
• Payment processors — to process card or transfer payments
• HMRC and our accountant — for tax and invoicing records
• Hosting and email providers — Netlify (website hosting), Google or other email providers
• UK insurance providers — only if a claim is made under our public liability insurance

• Quote enquiries: 12 months from last contact
• Job records and certificates: 6 years (in line with HMRC and Part P retention guidance)

• Website analytics: aggregated and anonymised after 14 months
